How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Tanggung Jawab:

    • Melaksanakan pekerjaan dalam rangka mendukung operasional aplikasi core banking beserta pendukungnya (Switching, Card Management System, dll)
    • Memastikan dokumentasi dan Administrasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengelolaan Aplikasi yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya telah terpenuhi
    • Melakukan Analisa terhadap keluhan dari pengguna dan memberikan dukungan teknis dalam rangka penyelesaian masalah yang timbul, serta memberikan solusi teknikal atas permasalahan tersebut
    • Berkoordinasi dengan atasan langsung untuk menjalin komunikasi dengan Vendor untuk langkah-langkah perbaikan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan secara langsung.
    • Melakukan implementasi atas setiap permintaan perubahan terhadap Aplikasi dan dilakukan dengan mengedepankan prinsip kehati-hatian
    • Bertanggung jawab dalam production support / incident management, serta terlibat dalam pengujian aplikasi (pengujian kode unit, SIT dan UAT), menyarankan peningkatan dalam alur aplikasi.
    • Melakukan proses pengolahan data dan backup secara komprehensif dalam menjaga validitas output aplikasi dan BCP/DRC.
    • Menjalankan manajemen risiko di satuan kerja yang menjadi bidang tugasnya
    • Menjalankan manajemen tata kelola yang baik (good corporate governance) berpedoman pada prinsip keterbukaan (transparency), akuntabilitas (accountability), pertanggung-jawaban (responsibility), independensi (independency), dan kewajaran (fairness)
    • Membuat laporan sebagaimana diinstruksikan Atasan Langsung

Requirement:

    • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan Bahasa Inggris secara aktif
    • Memiliki pengetahuan atas produk-produk perbankan beserta karakteristiknya.
    • Expert dalam pengelolaan Database seperti MsSQL, MySQL dan Query (Pengetahuan di database lain akan menjadi nilai tambah)
    • Memahami Cara kerja API
    • Memiliki pengalaman terlibat dalam suatu proyek pengembangan sebagai Analyst maupun Tester
    • Dapat memahami Analisis data. Mahir dengan excel dan fasih dengan formula excel
    • Berorientasi pada Target
    • Terbiasa bekerja berdasarkan disiplin timeline
    • Mampu menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya sesuai target
    • Teliti dan cermat dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya
    • Memiliki kemauan mempelajari hal-hal baru yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya
