How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Scheduling and Posting: Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media posts to ensure a consistent social presence. Monitor posting schedules and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
    • Community Engagement: Interact with the Social Media Community staff to assist in responding to comments and messages promptly. Foster positive interactions and maintain a professional and friendly tone.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Share relevant insights with the team and propose strategies to capitalize on trends.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Content Calendar: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
    • Content Ideation: Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that engage and captivate our audience.
    • Paid Marketing: Able to run basic paid marketing for social media boost campaigns

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
    • Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and writing.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
