Responsibilities:

    • Review and validate billing documents.
    • Examine call recordings or collector visit reports to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports.
    • Coordinate with collectors in cases of document discrepancies or violations of work ethics.
    • Provide recommendations for improvements to the Collection Operations team.

Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
    • Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC), preferably in the banking or financial industry, is an advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills and a target-oriented mindset.
    • Disciplined and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
