Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of borrower customer data.
    • Conduct contract signing with customers in accordance with company procedures.
    • Perform field visits or surveys to customers’ offices to verify information and maintain service quality.
    • Provide an excellent customer experience through professional interaction and responsive service.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding and contract processes.

Requirements:

    • Minimum SMK/SMA/Diploma degree in any major.
    • Preferably has experience in customer service, field survey, or credit administration.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
    • Willing to work in the field and travel to customer locations.
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) is an advantage.
    • STNK & Motorcycle valid number plate.
    • Have an active smartphone and cellphone number.
    • Mastering the Jabodetabek and surrounding areas.
