Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and iterate a full-cycle B2C demand generation framework, using a variety of channels (paid and organic) and tactics based on campaign goals and target audiences to acquire new customers at scale and do maximize the return of marketing spend (ROAS)
- Own and professionalize customer journey through a variety of organic and paid channels, maximizing customer engagement, retention rate and frequency (LTV). Develop a holistic view of our customer lifecycle and how growth can positively impact that lifecycle.
- Own conversion rate optimization, marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with media partners
- Be responsible for managing the paid media budget and for reporting results in different forums of the company
- Understand how we can leverage our results through better communications and campaigns
- Lead the Paid Media and CRM team: recruitment, management, org structure. Develop a top notch team that loves to work with you and succeed alongside you.
- Explore and operate state-of-the art martech tools/platforms
- Be in constant contact with industry innovation, always staying on top of performance activities, trends and new technologies
What you have previously done:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business or related discipline;
- Experience in a eCommerce, Consultancy, Banking and Tech-Startups/Direct Response context;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Advanced in English;
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics is a plus;
- Experience with SEM, Paid Social or/and Display experience in a eCommerce or Direct Response context;
- Understanding of marketing-tech landscape is a plus.
