Controle de KPIs: vagas fechadas, desistentes, internalizações;

Pagamento de fornecedores (R&S)

Suporte em processos de Recrutamento Interno;

Admissão: em caso de internalizações de terceiros, subir admissão no sistema

Processo de assinatura de aviso prévio, exame demissional e homologação;

Controle de desligamentos: CLTs e Terceiros;

Suporte para os colaboradores sobre os processos de People Ops

Suporte ao time de People Ops (admissão, demissão, ponto eletrônico, processos, afastamentos, acordos, divulgação de processos com os colaboradores;)

Integração de novos funcionários: organizar agenda, coffee break, kit boas-vindas, entrega de uniformes;

Eventos: auxílio em geral (idealização e organização);

Suporte a liderança (Gerente, Coordenadores, Supervisores e Líderes) em todos os processos de RH;

Controle de KPIs;

Movimentações em sistema;

Projetos e pesquisas: Criação, programação, execução e acompanhamento junto a liderança;
