We're looking for an experienced Creator Success Manager who is passionate about the creator economy and helping independent creators thrive. As a member of the Creator Success team, you will manage a portfolio of high-value Creators and be responsible for driving success throughout the partnership with Amaze. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities at the same time, and will share their creativity to develop successful growth and product plans to ensure creators and their fans are delighted with every solution.

What you'll do

    • Manage ongoing success for a portfolio of high-value Creators, proactively driving Creator happiness and retention.
    • Drive revenue by identifying, pitching and supporting execution of new merchandise opportunities and promotions tailored to each Creator’s unique needs.
    • Perform all account management duties, finding timely solutions to problems and delivering actionable decision making.
    • Work with cross functional teams to plan and execute high-impact campaigns for your Creator’s product launches.
    • Provide data and insights to help Creators optimize their store for lasting success. 
    • Identify expansion opportunities that are aligned with the creator’s goals and objectives. 
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (GMV, unit sales, etc.).
    • Educate creators on capabilities and value of the platform, advising on best practices, and driving adoption of new products and features.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the digital creator space and creator commerce space.

What we're looking for...

    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in account management, customer success, strategic consulting, brand marketing or talent management.  
    • Ability to identify strategies for adding value quickly and ensuring that we are taking incremental steps to drive towards creator revenue expansion.
    • You are highly motivated self-starter who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment.
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, while paying strict attention to detail.
    • Passionate about the digital ecosystem and familiar with top-tier content creatorsExcellent communication skills.
    • Display empathy, positivity, and poise when navigating challenges.
