What you'll do

    • Strategically plan and collaborate on top creator marketing programs through a variety of channels, including email (via Hubspot), paid search, paid social, and display.
    • Work closely with the managed service, content marketing and PPC managers to optimize top creator campaigns based on data analytics and ROI
    • Help build a robust prospect funnel and related nurturing activities that are aligned and map to our company goals and top creator objectives. 
    • Segment, target and personalize campaigns from top creator accounts to their fans. 
    • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact (ROI) of all top creator marketing programs. 
    • Manage and communicate project timelines, ensuring that all activities are executed on time and within budget.

What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience in an e-commerce environment.
    • Expertise across a spectrum of demand generation techniques (email, performance marketing, content etc.
    • Analytically-minded with a focus on target attainment.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to details.
    • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM software such as Hubspot and including campaign, lead management and reporting.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with all levels within the organizationA growth mindset.
