As the Performance Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of best-in-class performance campaigns across paid and owned channels and partners. Working closely with the marketing, data, and design teams you will define the best activation strategies to hit KPIs and drive Amaze’s continued growth. This includes the opportunity to work across multiple enterprise-level brands.

You will play a critical role in developing high performance strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth, in addition to the setup and optimization across paid partners like Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok.

You will develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and creator success. You will be responsible for identifying addressable audiences across each platform and developing a rigorous testing road-map to ensure delivery of  high-performance audiences, ads, landing pages, placements and ad formats.

We are looking for a candidate with a keen analytical mind, skilled in generating actionable insights from data, and a proven track record of delivering high-growth performance media.

What you'll do

    • Strategically plan, implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok.
    • Collaborate with account managers, analytics and design teams to develop strategy and creative recommendations to drive business growth.
    • Comfortable with data analysis across a variety of metrics/segments (i.e. competitors, device, placement, audience, creative) to identify opportunities and cover gaps to increase ROAS and performance.
    • Contribute to forecasts, analyze performance and adjust strategies to deliver against KPIs and targets. 
    • Rigorously optimize through experimentation. Create A/B / multivariate  tests to iterate on ad creative, copy, landing page and so forth, to increase customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular reporting on the performance of campaigns with actionable insights through the analysis of performance data.
    • Leverage these insights to develop and execute optimization action plans.
    • Setup ad platform tracking and work closely with data and engineering teams to implement and test. 
    • Work with internal and external partners (marketing team, tech vendors, agencies, etc) to deliver objectives in a timely manner.

What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of experience developing performance marketing strategies, implementing campaigns and optimizing performance to hit targets.
    • Strong understanding and significant hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics.
    • Experience in managing Google Shopping / Performance Max, Merchant Centre & Facebook Catalog Ads.
    • Experience with TikTok ads, Twitch ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Search Console is preferable, but not required.
    • Experience with campaign and audience management platforms (Preferably Hubspot).
    • Experience with analyzing performance via data analytics dashboards (Preferably Tableau).
    • An analytical mindset with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights and high-growth performance marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leaders.
