We are actively looking for a visionary Head of Product to manage all product teams that support our core Creator Economy Platform www.spri.ng and our core no-code design software platform www.amaze.co.
As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for taking the lead on product development. In doing this you will be building on and increasing Amaze’s success and playing a significant part in driving us forward in the growing and increasingly exciting Creator space.
The spectrum of your tasks ranges from building innovative products to optimizing the efficiency of the existing platform. In addition to this, you will be a visionary who can inspire and lead a team of product managers, developing vision and sustainable strategies in order to build on success.
Through your entrepreneurial thinking and action, your experience of the market and your connections with others in the industry, you will lead your team to successfully raise the company to the next level. Your deep understanding of all processes and methods in Lean product management and agile technical development will be invaluable in driving the team to greater success.You will be very data driven and have a unique blend of business and technical understanding, enabling you to present proposals based on facts and data from the market, and the skills to implement those proposals effectively and profitably.You possess the ability to translate complex relationships and solutions into understandable and visual representations and strategies, as well as the ability to present these both internally and externally.Above all, you will work strategically, drive and lead a powerful team and ensure the economic success of the company by constantly developing new innovations, going into new markets and increasing sales as well as profitability in a sustained manner.
What you'll do
- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a global supplier
- Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases
- Definition, monitoring of the company’s relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
- Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area
- Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of software, eCommerce, marketing and product management
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Very good communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordination skills
- You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people excitedly follow
- High level of engagement skills also able to manage virtual and geographically remote teams
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Strengths in Agile and Lean development processes
- Economic sciences, engineering or technical training with additional training in business administration is a big plus
