What You'll Do
- Lead corporate structuring and finance efforts to support strategic objectives.
- Manage equity and debt financing transactions to secure favorable terms and compliance.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales, procurement, and construction agreements, supporting our operational and supply chain needs.
- Oversee global human resources and labor agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Provide legal guidance on corporate finance and governance, contributing to risk management and strategic decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of legal experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for candidates who have worked in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Strong background in handling equity and debt financings, sales, procurement, and construction agreements.
- Significant experience in managing human resources and labor agreements globally.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in growth stage startup environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
