The Job
We are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to play a key role in the continued growth and success of Ambercycle by finding exceptional talent. You will partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and Hiring Managers to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and telling the Ambercycle story.

This will be a 6-month contract-to-hire position.

What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leverage data, and track progress throughout the search to update stakeholders.
    • Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for our roles using various sources such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing campaigns, Google X Ray, Indeed, etc.
    • Engage with potential candidates through messages and emails, sparking their interest in our opportunities.
    • Review resumes and screen candidates to ensure their qualifications align with our hiring needs.
    • Map out the talent market, keep a pulse on talent flow, market attrition, and which companies employ the talent we’re pursuing.
    • Work closely with recruiting manager and hiring managers to refine recruitment processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Schedule interviews, send NDAs, and help with other ad-hoc projects that might arise.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in sourcing within a high-volume setting, whether at a search firm or in-house.
    • 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and developing boolean searches.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Lever or similar ATS like Greenhouse.
    • Demonstrated ability to source across both business and technical roles.
    • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communicator, highly organized, and results-driven problem solver.
    • Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates. 
    • Able to work independently and manage multiple functions and tasks simultaneously.
    • An individual with a proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates. 
$35 - $45 an hour
Position is contract to hire and fully onsite in Los Angeles, California 🌊 🌴
