The Job
Leading the electrical and instrumentation controls efforts for automation projects, ensuring high technical standards and efficiency. Coordinate with project teams and external contractors to ensure smooth and safe site execution. 

Responsibilities

    • Manage all electrical and instrumentation controls activities within the project scope. 
    • Ensure basic and detailed engineering for Capex Projects related to Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines. 
    • Develop and implement control concepts to optimize plant efficiency and automation. 
    • Prepare data sheets, tender documents, and conduct technical evaluations. 
    • Ensure projects are executed within budget and time schedules using professional project management tools. 
    • Track technical trends and develop standards for engineering solutions in electrical and instrumentation controls. 
    • Commit to high levels of industrial safety, ensuring health and environmental standards are met in accordance with company regulations. 
    • Promote a ZERO accident safety culture within the team. 

Minimum Qualifications

    • 15+ years of experience in Industrial Processes within a continuous process plant. 
    • Extensive knowledge in Industrial Automation systems, which includes instrumentation, control system, DCS, SIL, SIF, ATEX, electrical engineering, low to high voltage systems, EMC, electromagnetic compatibility, and drive technology. 
    • Proficient in process measurement technology, actuators, and control technology. 
    • Strong understanding of SIL (Safety Integrity Level), ATEX directives, and process safety standards. 
    • Expertise in project management and safety standards. 
    • Experience with simulation methods and tools for process control. 
    • Safe handling of electro-technical guidelines, regulations, and standards. 
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, SAP, etc.). 
    • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills. 
    • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
