Looking to hire an Accountant in Lancaster, PA. As the Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and reporting the organization's financial data. You will also ensure accurate record-keeping, payroll, tax compliance and financial health through the general accounting process. You will also prepare and review all monthly account analysis and journal entries, prepare for monthly closing process for the organization, assist the CFO on year-end closing. You will also cover for the CFO when needed.

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
    • At least 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, or finance.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Business Central, GP, SAP) and spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions).
    • Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills .
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and making informed decisions.

PREFERRED SKILLS SET

    • Master's degree or CPA certification.
