About the position
We are seeking a talented and passionate Project Coordinator to support our engineering team. Our products enable construction companies to eliminate the need for diesel and drive the transition toward fully electrified construction sites. Our engineering process is complex and involves elements of electronics, power electronics, high power systems, mechanical engineering, software, IoT, testing, all the way from the design stage to production deployment. Being a small, fast-moving team, this role will have a wide scope and there is lots of room to develop and learn.
You should be motivated, reliable, thorough, and excited about being among the first in the world to work with game-changing products. You will be expected to be able to operate with a degree of autonomy and be a clear, candid, and effective communicator in both spoken and written English.
What you will do:
- Coordinate with managers, internal teams & external parties from project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Tracks issues and works collaboratively to ensure the engineering team is hitting its objectives.
- Communicate with factory & supplier to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Maintain & monitor project schedules & tasks.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or in an Engineering field.
- 2 years’ experience in project/program coordination is preferred.
- Well organized, detail-minded, and able to work multi-tasking.
- A passion for improving our environment.
- Good communication in English and Chinese
