Position Summary:
As we continue to grow our company, we are now seeking an Accounting Officer to join our mission for a cleaner future. The Accounting Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payments, sales invoices and supporting month-end closing.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
Support the monthly closing of the books in accordance with the Company’s policies
Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned
Key Qualifications/Experience:
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
Strong self-motivated, proactive, and positive work attitude
A selfless nature, a desire to help and support others
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 10+ year’s of experience in accounting
At least 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experienceExperience using NetSuite a plus, but not mandatory
