About the role
We’re currently looking for an experienced software Product Manager who will be working on creating and reimagining solutions to make our product powerful, efficient and delightful to use. As a Product Managers you will be responsible for delivering the entire lifecycle of complex features: from the user research, through concept, specification to preparing release notes and other relevant product materials. Responsibilities
- Review, research and understand insights from customers and internal teams and specify product features that address the identified needs;
- Work closely with development teams, QA and business analysts to ensure the delivery of the specified features;
- Work with sales, customer success and other internal teams to research, review, and collect available information and requirements as basis for feature or integration specifications;
- Write clear and well-structured specifications with clearly defined acceptance criteria supported by wireframes and workflows when needed;
- Facilitate the product strategy implementation.
Must have
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a software development context;
- Passion for empathising with the needs and behaviours of customers and their users;
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication;
- Quick learning and ability to grasp complex concepts and requirements;
- Outstanding communication and documentation skills;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Considered an advantage
- Relevant experience in a software product / SaaS company;
- Experience or keen interest in the mobility or energy sectors.
