About the role

AMPECO is looking for a quick-thinking, vibrant and relationship-driven individual to join our global team as a Technical Account Manager. If you’re looking for a fast-paced environment with massive growth potential and challenging problems, this is the place for you.

As the Technical Account Manager, you will be serving as a bridge between client needs and technical capabilities. You will facilitate the growth of our customers by handling complex use cases and aligning them with technical aspects of our solution.

Responsibilities

    • Analyse and navigate complex customer technical use cases;
    • Match clients' business needs with our development processes and existing product capabilities;
    • Work closely with product development teams to assess the feasibility and scope of client needs/requests;
    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance technical expertise;
    • Act as a technical advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimising their use of our products and services.

Your Profile

    • Proven experience on account management, project management or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or with complex B2B products;
    • Expertise to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable approach;
    • Tech savviness and ability to understand complex software architecture;
    • Proficiency in stakeholder management and coordination;
    • Curiosity toward industry trends and technology developments;
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/Hubspot) is a plus;
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
    • Fluency in English and German.
