AMT is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist with 5–10 years of experience to support strategic growth initiatives in our Site and Infrastructure Development, Surveying and SUE and Transportation divisions. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting proposal and outreach efforts. Candidates with experience in site development, transportation and surveying services are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s growth strategy and market presence. The Business Development and Marketing Specialist will lead initiatives that drive client engagement, brand visibility, and strategic expansion in the infrastructure development sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, strategic thinker, and team collaborator with a passion for building relationships and delivering results.

Responsibilties

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with AMT’s branding and business goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Manage branding efforts, including website updates, social media presence, and marketing campaigns.
    • Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
    •  Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • 5 –10 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Site  Infrastructure industries).
    • Demonstrated success in client engagement, proposal development, and marketing execution.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, proposal software, and digital marketing tools.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Plus: Experience in transportation and surveying services.
