Amyris International is seeking a National Accounts Executive to partner with the Commercial & Marketing Teams, working closely with our retailers and supporting consumer brands’ growth across Europe.
 
The NAE will focus on supporting the Retail Accounts Manager and Marketing Director with new distribution, joint business plans and data insights to support the growth of new and existing products launches.  The Amyris portfolio includes brands such as JVN, Biossance, Rose Inc. 
 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to embed themselves within a collaborative and innovative team, and to witness the impact of their work in the success of the company. The NAE will be working closely with the retailers, US teams and multidisciplinary teams in our London Office.
 
Your individual success will be measured on the ability to deliver the assigned tasks with quality and in a timely manner.  Speed and pro-activity combined with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast pace environment would be key to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

    • Commercial

    • Update all performance reports and commercial insights. Continually analyze the retail data to identify strengths and weaknesses, using your analysis to help develop commercial solutions.
    • Monitor retailers’ activity and competitors’ initiatives in the different markets across Europe.
    • Keep the Commercial team up to date with retailer insights and current market trends.
    • Support new brands/markets launch with all the documents and assets needed to be delivered by commercial and marketing.
    • Manage retailers’ trade calendars.
    • Be able to effectively communicate to the Commercial Director on market challenges and opportunities.
    • Produce weekly and monthly reports and presentation including key metrics. Assist in report production and presentations for external and internal use.
    • Support new product launches through creating new line forms and maintaining stock availability.
    • Provide general administrative support to the Retailer Account Manager and Marketing Director.
    • Cross functional stakeholder management across commercial, marketing, finance, operations and individual brand teams.

    • Marketing

    • Liaise with external agencies to receive reports and interpret data.
    • Manage a variety of projects in adherence to strict deadlines.
    • Monitor price positioning / benchmarking.
    • Organize and follow up trade calendars.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Studies or similar
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Beauty and with retailers (International is a plus)
    • Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and Microsoft Power Point
    • Highly analytical, with attention to detail and with the ability to interpret complex data and convert into meaningful information
    • Previous experience as a Sales Executive  / Business Analyst
    • Well organized: a good communicator with a strong sense of drive and purpose
    • Fast learner, proactive and autonomous
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, pressure and work with multidisciplinary and international teams
    • Experience with fast pace working environments
