We are looking to fill the role of a Senior Manager, CRM, and Loyalty. The ideal person will use customer data to identify opportunities to increase reach, optimize the customer experience, and convert prospects into customers, and customers into high-value customers. This role requires the candidate to be highly analytical, customer focused and looking for ways to better understand the customer needs and desires with the purpose of driving repeat purchase across our TTL digital channels.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement programs for customer on-boarding, lifecycle management, and lapsed initiatives.
    • Develop and implement a segmentation strategy across all channels to drive engagement and revenue.
    • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enable automation and efficiency, segmentation enhancements, and triggered/multi-step campaign opportunities.
    • Partner with promotions teams to build a promotions layer to the loyalty value proposition.
    • Develop measurement and analysis guidelines, giving a framework for success, based on customer metrics.
    • Oversee and define loyalty program roadmap from strategy, branding, reward structure, acquisition efforts, and promotion/reward points calendar.
    • Analyze and develop strategies to optimize the loyalty program within the lifecycle management of highly engaged customers to further drive retention, increased purchase frequency, cross-category, and product purchases.
    • Partner with promotions teams to build a promotions layer to the loyalty value proposition.
    • Own revenue, retention, and ROI reporting on CRM initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in CRM in fashion/apparel, beauty/cosmetics, or a related industry.
    • In-depth, hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms Klavio and/or CDP and experience in deploying complex CRM programs.
    • Experience with Audience Segmentation and Personalization platforms.
    • Experience creating and optimizing data-driven strategies and tactics across email, loyalty, and SMS.
    • Experience creating reports, finding insights, and leveraging data to guide decisions, activities, and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, insights, trends, data analytics, and how to drive repeat purchases and increase LTV.
    • Experience with SQL and Tableau or other data visualization tool is a plus.
    • Strong Excel, analytics and technical skills.
    • Critical thinking and problem solving with a positive attitude.
    • Self-Starter.
Amyris is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The annual pay range for this role is $94,000 to $176,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis, and will vary based on the candidate’s skills, depth of experience and specific work location.
