The Digital Marketing Manager will execute initiatives designed to revolutionize our user experience, drive engagement and expand our online audiences, with the ultimate goal of increasing our direct-to-consumer revenue.
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Digital Hub Experience, the Digital Marketing Manager will work within a supportive and rapidly growing team of our industry’s top talent.
This role will suit a dynamic Digital Marketing professional, who can autonomously lead campaigns in an environment that is constantly evolving.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM growth efforts with KPIs that focus on customer acquisition, driving loyal customers and enhancing brand’s digital storytelling.
- Identify new opportunities to increase reach, optimize the customer experience, and convert prospects into customers, and customers into high-value customers.
- Leverage growth marketing to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop monthly calendars and campaigns across all digital channels including email, SMS, affiliates, and paid media.
- Develop monthly briefs for CRM assets in collaboration with the eCommerce Project Manager and the creative team.
- Assist managing monthly budgets and actuals for digital channels.
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of all digital marketing channels.
- Affiliates:
- Partner with agency and external publishers to strategize and book impactful placements to achieve ecommerce goals.
- Ongoing evaluation of the program and review opportunities for new publishers.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate and develop creative assets as necessary.
- Own day-to-day communication with agency on promotion and campaign alignment.
- Email + SMS:
- Oversee all customer communication by creating campaigns that engage, convert, and build loyalty.
- Manage the daily email and SMS production process: campaign ideation and briefing, creative development, segmentation, QA and analysis.
- Manage and refine event and audience-based triggers across customer journey.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Support UK team to ensure messaging and creative is in line with global.
- Paid Media:
- Work with digital agency to execute paid social and search campaigns and ensure efforts are in line with ecommerce goals and overall brand strategy.
- Partner internal creative and production teams to develop creative, clarify goals, and project timelines.
- Monitor and track performance on an ongoing basis.
- Own day-to-day communication with agency on promotion and campaign alignment.
- Provide ongoing reporting and campaign postmortems to share with internal teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ of experience in a CRM or Digital Marketing role.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in excel proficiency.
- Agency relationship management.
- Experience working in Klaivyo (or similar ESP) and Google Analytics.
- Experience working with project management tools (I.e. Monday or Wrike).
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from home while maintaining productivity.

The contract hourly rate for this role is $37 per hour to $44 per hour. The hourly rate will vary based on the candidate’s skills, depth of experience and specific work location.
