Requisitos:
- Graduação completa em: Engenharia, Administração Industrial, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas afins;
- Inglês fluente;
- Experiência com comércio exterior e legislação fiscal brasileira;
- Profunda experiência na gestão da cadeia de suprimentos - Operadores logísticos e transportadores;
- ERP – Sistema Integrado, preferencialmente SAP;
- Conhecimento avançado do Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel;
- Disponibilidade de viagem.
Responsabilidades:
- Gerenciar operações de negócios para marcas Clean Beauty no Brasil.
- Acompanhar os controles financeiros garantindo a continuidade do negócio.
- Buscar constantemente melhorias na operação e redução de custos.
- Configurar a integração da equipe e controles de KPIs visando a excelência operacional.
- Gerenciar iniciativas regulatórias antecipando as necessidades de fluxo de negócios, incluindo licenças, notificações e registros de produtos.
- Garantir que a estrutura tenha os meios necessários para atingir as metas e objetivos traçados para as marcas Clean Beauty no Brasil.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com clientes e parceiros para garantir a satisfação da operação, apoiando também o crescimento de seus negócios.
- Apoiar a criação da estratégia de negócios e perspectivas para o futuro.
- Gerenciar orçamento e P&L de negócios com viés de operação.
- Gerenciar os processos de importação, bem como os operadores comerciais e logísticos e prestadores de serviços.
- Monitorar os níveis de estoque em todos os canais com a equipe de planejamento, garantindo o abastecimento adequado e antecipado.
- Gerenciar o ciclo de abastecimento do produto desde a chegada da importação e/ou aquisição nacional, conferência, rotulagem, armazenagem, abertura do pedido de venda, controle sistêmico do picking/expedição até a entrega ao cliente.
- Gerenciar relatórios diários de vendas, transportes, estoques, S&OP, entre outros quando solicitado.
- Gerenciar os processos de SAC/Cosmetovigilância.
- Assegurar a satisfação dos clientes externos cumprindo as encomendas no prazo acordado e na sua totalidade.
