We are currently seeking an Inventory / Office Manager to manage administrative and invoice processing duties along with inventory. This person is responsible for multiple support functions for a small office which include, but are not limited to: purchasing, bookkeeping and accounting functions, tracking finished goods, and reporting inventory. The non-exempt warehouse technicians and office administrative assistant report to the Inventory / Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams, and by conducting safety audits.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures pertaining to ISO 22716—Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines for cosmetics.
    • Manage the office effectively while supervising necessary administrative and warehouse personnel.
    • Create and execute weekly packaging plans for finished product.
    • Manage inventories of raw materials and finished product including frequent physical counts. Inventories of various materials should be reported daily and this position is responsible for the site’s month-end inventory reports.
    • Maintain and track company credit card spend.
    • Keep records of outbound shipments including packing slips, bill of lading, SOP’s and other documentation.
    • Keep Aprinnova spending spreadsheets tracked by cost code in order to differentiate between manufacturing supplies and lab and office supplies.
    • Maintain 5S Standards in warehouse by properly implementing and delegating necessary tasks.
    • Document various types, quantities, and quality status of packaging materials.
    • Contact vendors with any discrepancies on invoicing.
    • Maintain SOP logs for finished product and label generation.
    • Track all finished product shipments according to lot and customer P.O.
    • Track all courier spend.
    • All other tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant working experience

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.
    • Working knowledge of SAP
    • Clear understanding of basic math skills
    • Experience successfully demonstrating organizational and time management skills

Physical requirements:

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; bend and stoop; and reach with hands and arms. Employee will be required to take part in weekly Teams and Zoom calls. This is an on-site position.

The contract hourly rate for this role is $27 to $35. The hourly rate will vary based on the candidate’s skills, depth of experience and specific work location.
