ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials from one location to another. You will operate and maintain commercial trucks in compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods. The ideal candidate must possess excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to safety.

This role reports to the Logistics Supervisor/Dispatcher.

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods and materials to designated destinations
    • Load and unload cargo in a secure and efficient manner, adhering to proper handling and storage procedures
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring that all required equipment and documents are in order
    • Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including hours-of-service rules and weight restrictions
    • Plan routes and adapt them as necessary to avoid traffic, road construction, and other delays
    • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other transportation-related expenses
    • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues, providing updates on delivery schedules and addressing any issues or concerns
    • Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, maintenance, and vehicle cleanliness
    • Report any accidents, damages, or incidents promptly to the appropriate authorities and company management
    • Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and repairs, including checking fluids, tires, brakes, and lights
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing the company to clients and the public

Qualifications:

    • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsement - Class A required
    • Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
    • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation regulations
    • Strong understanding of safe driving practices and defensive driving techniques
    • Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in various weather and road conditions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Physical stamina and ability to perform loading and unloading tasks, as well as handle repetitive tasks
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
    • High school diploma or equivalent

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
The pay range for this role is $65,000-75,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
