ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our growing Inside Sales team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada or Cypress, California.
The Inside Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily sales operations and ensuring the inside sales team consistently delivers excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and meets monthly sales objectives. This role oversees inside sales team’s performance across all plant locations and partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 – 5:00pm. This role reports to the Inside Sales Director.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Inside Sales team across multiple locations
- Set monthly sales allocation goals and provide ongoing team support to achieve targets
- Monitor order and quote processing within Business Central (BC) and Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth order flow and delivery
- Serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries and order-related issues
- Act as a liaison between the Inside Sales team and cross-functional departments
- Provide performance updates and operational insights to the Director of Inside Sales
- Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing development and training
- Champion a high-energy, customer-first approach with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the team maintains accurate CRM records and up-to-date customer communication
- Provide guidance on equipment availability and lead times to customers and the sales team
- Support the Director of Inside Sales in planning and executing trade shows and special initiatives
- Directly supervises Inside Sales Coordinators
- Coaches and mentors staff to meet performance and professional development goals
- Ensures adherence to company processes, service standards, and values
- Travel is required and up to 15%
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Inside Sales or Sales Operations experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms — Business Central and Salesforce preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive performance and build high-functioning teams
- High-energy self-starter with strong time management, goal tracking, and task execution
- Strong written and verbal skills. Listens actively and asks discovery-based questions
- Builds trust and rapport; balances customer needs with business goals
- Product Knowledge: Familiar with company products, inventory, and internal systems

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
