ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, NV.

As an Assembly Technician I, you will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 7:00 – 3:45pm.
This role reports to the Plant Supervisor.

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Assemble machinery, metal products, electrical equipment, and more, following the provided instructions. 
    • Assemble trailers as required. 
    • Install accessories on generators and compressors. 
    • Cut and prepare wiring and wire harnesses. 
    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation to construct products as per specifications. 
    • Utilize a range of machines and hand tools to complete assigned tasks. 
    • Secure units onto trailers. 
    • Maintain logs, records, and reports regarding production, machine upkeep, and product discrepancies. 
    • Ensure quality by conducting regular inspections of products in accordance with company policies, addressing any issues and notifying the quality department and plant supervisor. 
    • Care for equipment and perform basic repairs as needed. 
    • Conduct inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and communicate with materials handlers for replenishment. 
    • May transport units from production to Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), from PDI to Mounting, and from Mounting to the staging area. 
    • Keep the work area clean and organized to company standards. 
    • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and schematics. 
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency. 
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance tasks. 
    • Basic math, reading, and writing skills. 
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for logging and documentation. 

Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. 
    • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds  
    • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. 
    • Ability to differentiate between colored wires and components. 
    • Must be able to adapt to varying temperature conditions in the work environment. 
    • Required personal protective equipment includes steel toe shoes, gloves and safety glasses.

$21 - $21 an hour
The hourly range for this role is $21.00 per hour, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
