ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a National Account Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in an onsite position in Cypress, California.

The ideal National Account Inside Sales Coordinator is a professional responsible for coordinating and supporting the activities of the National Account sales team at ANA. Their primary role is to assist in the sales process for National Accounts by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the National sales team, customers, and other departments.
In the day-to-day responsibilities of the National Account Inside Sales Coordinator, you will support the National Account sales team as well as the operations team toward meeting all monthly revenue targets and objectives. You will respond to both internal customers (ANA Departments) and external customers (Sales Reps/Dealers) toward meeting their needs and expectations. You will provide updates & insights regarding developing trends/challenges/opportunities as they are presented, you will support all ANA internal processes and strategic goals, assist with monthly sales allocations and will be a champion of ANA’s core values. 
 
The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 – 5:00pm.
This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager.  

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Sales Support: Provide support to the National account sales team by preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations. Assist in generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. Help with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing customer inquiries. 
    • Coordination: Act as a liaison between the inside sales team and other departments within the organization, such as marketing, customer service, and operations. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to facilitate the sales process. 
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports. Update and manage customer databases, ensuring all relevant information is up to date and accessible to the sales team. 
    • Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to assist in strategic decision-making. Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. 
    • Sales Training and Onboarding: Support the training and onboarding process for new inside sales representatives. Assist in developing training materials, conducting product or sales process training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance to the team. 
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention. 
    • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the inside sales function. Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and optimize sales performance. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.  
    • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Inside sales coordinators need to have a solid understanding of sales principles and techniques. They should be able to communicate effectively with customers and prospects, build relationships, and handle objections. Excellent customer service skills are essential to provide a positive experience for clients. 
    • Organization and Time Management: Inside sales coordinators are responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They need strong organizational skills to prioritize activities, follow up on leads, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. Effective time management is crucial to ensure efficiency and productivity. 
    • Attention to Detail: Sales coordination often involves handling documentation, processing orders, and managing contracts. An inside sales coordinator should have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and prevent errors that could impact customer satisfaction or revenue. 
    • Technology Proficiency: Inside sales coordinators work with various software tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Proficiency in using these tools is necessary to track leads, manage customer data, generate reports, and collaborate with the sales team. 
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for an inside sales coordinator. They should be able to communicate clearly, listen actively, and articulate information to clients, sales representatives, and other team members. Professional email etiquette is also important for effective written communication. 
    • Problem-Solving: Inside sales coordinators often encounter challenges or issues that require quick thinking and problem-solving skills. They should be able to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions to resolve problems effectively. 
    • Teamwork and Collaboration: Inside sales coordinators work closely with sales representatives, managers, and other departments within the organization. They should have a collaborative mindset, be able to work well in a team environment, and effectively communicate and coordinate with colleagues. 
    • Sales Support Experience: Prior experience in sales support or coordination. An understanding of sales processes, lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship management. 
    • Adaptability and Resilience: The sales environment can be fast-paced and dynamic, with changing priorities and client demands. An inside sales coordinator should be adaptable, flexible, and resilient in handling challenging situations and meeting shifting business needs.

$24 - $27 an hour
The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - 27.00 per hour, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
