ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for designing, evaluating, and continuously improving complex assembly and production processes related to industrial machinery, compressors, and generators. This position provides technical leadership, mentors production personnel and junior engineers, and partners with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence. The Industrial Engineer ensures optimal utilization of personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities while advancing company objectives in productivity, quality, safety, and cost competitiveness.
This role is fully on-site, and the work schedule is typically weekdays from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and reports to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, and production layouts to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Conduct advanced process analysis and capacity modeling to anticipate future production needs and scalability.
- Establish, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures, time studies, and performance metrics across multiple production lines.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering methodologies to achieve measurable reductions in waste, costs, and cycle times.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and seamless integration into production.
- Drive the selection, design, and implementation of advanced automation, tooling, fixtures, and technology solutions to enhance assembly operations.
- Analyze production data and develop executive-level reporting dashboards highlighting cycle times, capacity utilization, equipment efficiency, downtime, and quality performance.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and 5S to instill a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on assembly of compressors, generators, and heavy industrial equipment.
- Perform other strategic duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, with demonstrated success in process improvement for complex assemblies.
- Experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, compressors, or generators strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership in driving cross-functional improvement projects and mentoring production personnel and junior engineers.
- Expert knowledge of industrial engineering principles, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
- Proficiency with CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Skilled at managing multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with advanced automation, robotics, or smart manufacturing technologies is a plus.

$88,000 - $97,500 a year
The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $97,500 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a list of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity consideration.
