ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I to join our growing team in an onsite position in Spartanburg, South Carolina. As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I, you’ll support the shipping and receiving of goods while maintaining the flow of materials in the warehouse. 

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 7:00 – 3:45pm. This role reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound transfer orders and component sales orders for shipment 
    • Enter shipment data into the ERP system to ensure proper documentation and tracking 
    • Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring secure and accurate placement of materials 
    • Photograph outbound truck loads for documentation and record-keeping to ensure shipment accuracy and protect against potential claims or disputes 
    • Coordinate with operations to resolve any order or shipment issues that may affect timelines 
    • Communicate relevant shipping updates to the inventory team to maintain system accuracy 
    • Assist with organizing and staging outbound inventory to ensure efficient loading and transport 
    • Provide cross-functional support to the receiving and put-away team during low outbound volume periods 
    • Unload inbound trucks and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage 
    • Receive inbound warehouse deliveries for components, serialized tools, and accessories 
    • Record receipt of shipments in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity for inventory tracking 
    • Work with operations to address any issues related to incoming orders, such as missing or damaged items 
    • Generate and apply appropriate labels for received materials and notify teams of any discrepancies 
    • Assist with reporting discrepancies to the inventory and operations team 
    • Assist with the reconciliation of inventory invoice issues 
    • Assist in the physical put-away of inbound materials to designated warehouse locations 
    • Support outbound shipping tasks when inbound volume is low or team assistance is needed 
    • Participate in accessory kit builds as part of broader warehouse fulfillment support 
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required 
    • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar environment preferred 
    • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., Business Central) is a plus 
    • Ability to safely operate a forklift; certification preferred 
    • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook) 
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling inventory 
    • Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams 
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

$18 - $19 an hour
The hourly range for this role is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
