We created Anagram after personal experiences left us feeling completely helpless and frustrated by the difficult process to access the insurance benefits we were entitled to. We didn’t want others to feel that same pain and frustration.

The Customer Marketing role will join the growing marketing team. You will own the customer marketing communication and push customers down the funnel. This role will have their own customer driving marketing initiatives as well as work cross departmentally to ensure our customers learn how to make their practices successful with Anagram. We're looking for someone who loves to educate, a team player, and passionate about driving adoption.

- Support the goal of ensuring our relationships with customers are strong to support cross-sell and up-sell.Serve as a guide for customers within communication
-Work Cross Departmentally to make sure product releases, newsletters and update to customers are communicated.
-Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns to generate incremental revenue guiding customer adoption.Build nurture campaigns for customers within our marketing automation system and in app tools.
-Work with our Customer Success and sales team to build up referrals.
-Work with Design to create assets for onboarding and retention.
-Develop strong understanding of our customers, their goals, and our role in reaching themCoordinate messaging strategy through the entire customer lifecycle
-Own external product release notes.
Our ideal candidate has
-3+ years of relevant experience in customer marketing and/or demand generation
-2+ years of experience with marketing automation. Pardot a plus.
-Must have SMB experience. Healthcare is a plus.
-Some product marketing experience is a plus.
-Proven ability to work cross functionally, specifically with Customer Success and Sales.
-Customer retention and upsell campaign experience.
-Strong project management skills
-Results-driven, proactive, and take a hands-on approach in campaign management to hit key goals.
-Naturally curious and desire to experiment.
-Experience working at a high-growth startup and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
-Strong verbal and written communication along with team collaboration skills.
