What you’ll be doing:
- Pipeline Management: On a weekly basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the Salesforce opportunity pipeline is accurate by following up with opportunity owners to ensure dates, amounts, accounts, contacts and stages are realistic. As a key outcome, these actions will help improve our overall forecast accuracy and you will be the key enforcer of our established pipeline best practices.
- Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard Creation: As needed, you will be asked to update or create Salesforce reports, export data and perform an analysis. These reports will differ depending on who is requesting the data along with the level of insight they are looking for. You will be taught how to build Salesforce dashboards using Salesforce Lighting, along with how to update existing dashboards.
- Salesforce Hygiene & Maintenance: You will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation of all Salesforce account records, ensuring they are created according to our best practices, within corporate hierarchies if relevant. You will assist our business development and client engagement teams by ensuring they are creating their opportunities and contacts on the right records, and you will partner with our legal and finance teams to ensure we can accurately contract, recognize revenue and invoice based on the data inside of Salesforce. You will also be the key liaison to the business development and client engagement teams when it comes to assisting them with Salesforce errors, processes and questions.
- Account Planning: You will ensure all of our customers have account plans built into Salesforce, that the account plans are being actioned on, and all required fields are filled out accurately and timely. You will ensure that all relevant account-level data is updated in Salesforce, including updating our Salesforce records with third party research data, partnering with marketing to ensure account prioritization is accurate, updating records due to M&A activity with our customers and prospects, etc.
- Quarterly CSAT Ownership: You will own our CSAT process including getting the list of CSAT accounts from our client engagement team, ensuring these accounts are properly flagged in the system, sending the survey out to our customers, following up with our teams if we need additional assistance to gather responses, updating our records with CSAT scores, compiling our results and presenting on your observations.
