Description of Task to be Performed:
AnaVation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join an impactful and rewarding work program. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and guidance across all tasks on the contract and oversee technical and operational delivery. Other responsibilities include:

• Define and oversee the program's technical and operational objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop a detailed program roadmap, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Identify dependencies between projects and ensure they are managed effectively.
• Coordinate efforts, monitor project progress, add address issues across project managers and teams to ensure consistency and collaboration.
• Ensure risks are identified, tracked, and mitigated throughout the program lifecycle. Act as the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved at the project level.
• Develop and manage the program resources (budget, personnel, tools), ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. Identify resource gaps and work with leadership to address them.
• Establish clear communication channels across teams, projects, and stakeholders.
• Works closely with stakeholders to understand the government’s requirements.
• Provides plans, progress reports, metrics, and regular updates to detail the efficiency, effectiveness and reliability of infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Ensure knowledge sharing and documentation for future reference.
• Act as the central point of contact for all program-related communication.

This position is on site with our customer in Clarksburg, WV and cannot be supported remotely. Candidates must be able to commute to the customer location on a daily basis. Relocation assistance is not available.

This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph.

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field of study
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
    • An active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph, if requested by the government. Candidates without Top Secret clearances cannot be considered.
    • Program management experience in a technology or government contracting environment
    • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated experience managing petabyte-scale, complex technology programs, preferably within the government or law enforcement sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of SAFe/agile methodologies, software development life cycles, and modern project management tools and techniques.
    • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional projects involving software development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Understanding of federal cybersecurity guidelines, including compliance with Executive Order 14028 and other relevant regulations.
    • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of technology programs.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
