Shifts Available:
1st Shift - 4:30am-3:00pm Monday through Thursday
1st Shift 12 Hour Rotation: 5am-5pm
2nd Shift - 3:00pm-1:30am Monday through Thursday
3rd Shift - 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday evening through Friday morning

Pay: $17.55 - $24.95/hr- plus 8% shift differential on 2nd shift & 12% on 3rd shift- Control when and how you get paid with DailyPay!

  Summary of Key Responsibilities:
·       Moves materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
·    Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.
·       Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within assigned area.
·       May be trained in the use of heavy equipment such as forklift in preparation for certification as required to move to a Freight Handler role.
·       May sweep floors, clean dock area, general good hygiene of entire work area.
·       Assist in receiving cargo by removing from truck by hand, or using powered industrial equipment, such as forklift of similar equipment.
·       Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or moves order to packing station or shipping department.
·       Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
·       Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
·       Employees are responsible for manual loading and unloading of freight with the use of a pallet jack or forklift in addition to general labor and general warehouse maintenance. Responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
·       Punctuality and good attendance are required, which includes being ready to work when your shift begins
·       Participate in on-the-job training initiatives and transfer skills learned into daily work
·       Follow company standards and procedures at all times


    • No previous experience is required for manufacturing or production roles
    • Warehouse roles prefer one to three years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
    • Desire to learn skills on the job in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs. required
    • Must have good or corrected vision and the ability to add and subtract
    • Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms, or related documents
    • Ability to stand for duration of shift
    • Willingness to cross-train on several operations within your department
    • Must possess problem solving, communication, teamwork and leadership skills
    • Ability to read and understand reports
    • Dependability and punctuality
    • Ability demonstrate competency in safety, quality, initiative, teamwork, training, attitude and attendance
    • Forklift experience is preferred, but not required

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
