WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement
Are you a salesperson that’s motivated, can build trust and establish rapport with a customer easily? Are you a great brand ambassador and able to identify the customer’s needs to a superior product? Then join an exciting and successful team! Our current Reps are making $125,000 - $240,000

Our company is growing, so we’re looking to add a sales professional in the Sacramento area who’s looking for a work environment that’s less about corporate process and more about enhancing the customer experience, making sales goals and having fun in the process!

We offer training to prepare you for success to be out in the field selling with an ongoing sales training and Sales Managers ready to help develop and grow our Sales Consultants in their talents to succeed. Job Responsibilities
Effectively communicate our value during in-home product demonstrations
Measuring windows & doors, analyzing the home improvement project and answering construction related questions
Following up on quotes and completed jobs
Making follow up calls on past customers, managing notes on customer interactions
Seeking out referrals from customers and community contacts. Communicating job details to team members.

Required Skills
2+ years experience in sales
A proven track record of closing sales
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation to and from appointments
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM
Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through
