Renewal by Andersen of CNY is looking to hire motivated & dynamic Call Center Representatives to join our already amazing team! We are looking for friendly, money-motivated, sales orientated & computer savvy representatives to provide amazing customer service via inbound and outbound calls. This job reports to our Syracuse, NY office five days a week and being IN OFFICE is required - this not a remote position.

· We have agents available between 10:30am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday; and 930 am – 2pm on Saturdays. We do require all agents to work one Saturday a month.
· Our base pay is $17/hr, but a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentives program! Based on performance, our current employees earn an extra $250 - $800 per month! (Up to $22 + /hr!)

·      Convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into qualified sales appointments
·      Deliver Signature Service in daily tasks and interactions both internally and externally
·      Communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology
·      Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
·      Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics
·      Taking part in training to expand knowledge of company and position
·      Adhering to all company policies and procedure
·      Act as ‘Voice of Renewal by Andersen’ and communicate with all team members, customers, and prospective customers respectfully and tactfully
·      Ensure all appointment notes reflect the conversation that was had with the homeowner and the notes are clear for lead management to assume responsibility over the scheduled appointment
·      High School Diploma or equivalent required
·      2+ years' prior experience working in a call center or inside sales
·      Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills
·      Professional phone voice with proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
·      Strong time management skills/adaptability and accountability/must be a team player
·      A positive attitude and a polite and professional demeanor
