Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue and growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Success is measured by close rate, revenue per appointment (RPA), job profitability, and customer satisfaction.

· Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and sales team goals.
· Follow established Renewal sales processes through to completion.
· Use Renewal selling tools for the purpose for which they were designed.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of Renewal offerings.
· Complete Renewal training, the pre-class studies and formal class session along with continued education.
· Become proficient at assessing and measuring windows and doors.
· Ownership of appointments and commitment to convert sales leads into a sale.
· Ensure customer satisfaction.
· Present a professional Renewal appearance and image to the customer.
· Arrive at sales appointments prepared and on time.
· Fulfill the role of team membership to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.
· Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Employees must display strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, sensitivity, dependability, oral and written communications skills, organizational skills, work standards and follow up.
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
