RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -the most recognized window brand in North America.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Center (ISC) Supervisor in the Portland, OR area! This role will play an important role in managing the performance of the Inside Sales Center team. Partnering with the Manger of the ISC on process improvements and strategic initiatives to drive increased production and enhance the customer experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of inbound sales center representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide training to new hires on utilizing the sales center software, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Monitor representatives calls and provide real time coaching and feedback to demonstrate best practices and improve performance.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance productivity.
• Identify and address employee performance issues promptly. Partner with department management to implement coaching sessions, disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Drive performance contests and projects to drive increased production and engagement.
• Ensure customer escalations are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular development and training meetings to support team members professional growth.
ISC Supervisor salary is $55,000-$65,000/yr based on qualifications PLUS quarterly bonus structure payments. All shifts are full time at 40 hours. Training will be 2 weeks - first week in a classroom environment and second week hybrid on the floor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Being in office (reliable transportation and valid drivers license)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center
• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone voice with proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively as a team member
