FIELD MARKETING REGIONAL MANAGER: JOB SUMMARY
The Field Marketing Regional Manager is responsible for all aspects of department management for Canvassing and Events lead generation within multiple locations for the BORO Group in Houston, El Paso, Albuquerque, Kansas City and Central Missouri.  Utilizing proven department processes, procedures and training the position will manage the managers responsible for each department within each market.  The goal of the canvass and events departments is to generate qualified appointments with homeowners for design consultants in the most efficient manner all the while positively representing Renewal by Andersen.  This position will be required to split time between each of the offices and those respective fields supporting a growing team who are working events and door to door generating appointments.  The role of this company-wide leader is to further develop and grow this vital department, to develop and motivate a team of department managers, brand promoters and lead generating professionals through performance analysis, on-site coaching, and in-office training. This position requires the ability to create team goals and action plans, analyze key performance data, develop team performance, and lead department growth.  This position will report to the Marketing Director for the BORO Group.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
• Interview, hire, train and manage a team of managers for the residential marketing/canvassing department
• Interview, hire, train and manage a team of managers for the events, retail, home show and RSVP department
·       Manage to key performance metrics
• Create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals, including a set rate of 45% - 55%
• Pull and analyze data from key performance reports in our customer relationship management tool
• Conduct individual and group training sessions along with department leaders utilizing established methodologies
• Visit markets regularly
• Motivate and coach on specific methodologies and performance criteria
• Assist with new hire training classes as needed
• Drive department growth and profit including a Cost of Marketing Percentage of 12%-15%
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
• Experience in sales or lead generation in door to door and/or event marketing required
·       Experience managing managers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate, listen and lead
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a team environment
• Able to conduct research, work under tight deadlines, develop and organize information
• Ability to collaborate with different departments for collective success
• Ability to utilize proven methodologies used and train those to the team verbatim
• Physically able to withstand working outdoors in heat and other weather conditions occasionally
• Ability to motivate and lead diverse team
• Experienced using computers and adaptable to a variety of technology
• Ability to travel up to  a month as eight nights a month as needed (home each weekend)
