At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington, our Direct Marketing team plays a critical role in connecting with homeowners and generating quality leads. We're looking for a Canvassing Supervisor to help lead that effort - someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and a natural mentor. As a Canvassing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for performing door to door marketing with your team members, setting daily marketing territories, safely transporting our door-to-door team to field locations, supporting in-the-field coaching, and ensuring accurate data entry and lead tracking. You'll work closely with the Direct Marketing Manager to drive campaign success, support new hires, and foster a positive and motivated team culture.

Responsibilities
·       Direct Marketing: Perform door-to-door knocking with team members to set appointments for our sales department.
·       Territory Management: Set and adjust daily door-to-door marketing territories for team members.
·       Transportation: Safely transport Direct Marketers to and from assigned field areas.
·       Team Alignment: Lead daily huddles to align team focus and review goals.
·       Coaching & Development: Coach, mentor, and motivate field staff to optimize performance.
·       Van Maintenance: Maintain van cleanliness and ensure proper operation.
·       Field Oversight: Monitor door-to-door activity, perform spot checks, and provide real-time support.
·       Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate entry of customer interaction data using handheld devices.
·       Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Direct Marketing Manager on performance data and strategy.
·       New Hire Support: Support training of new team members.
·       Additional Tasks: Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
·       Age: Must be 18 years or older.
·       Experience: Proven experience as a successful Lead Direct Marketer.
·       Performance: Track record of generating 50+ completed demos.
·       Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach others.
·       Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) screening.
·       Technical Skills: Comfortable using tablets, phones, and laptops for daily planning and tracking.
·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
·       Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
·       Vehicle Use: Comfortable being seated in a vehicle for up to two hours daily.
·       Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.


Hourly range: $23-$27
