Call Center Agent - Remote Work After Training - No Incentive Cap!

Renewal by Andersen's Inside Sales Center is growing, and we are excited to announce we are searching for Call Center Agents to join us at our facility in Stillwater for 5-6 weeks of on-site training!

Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors.

A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.

This role requires training in person in our Stillwater office for a minimum of 5-6 weeks.

Responsibilities
-Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer enquiries
-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
-Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers,
preferably in a call center environment
-Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 7:00 am and ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday
-Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm
-Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
-Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
-Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Pay:
-Guaranteed base pay of $15 per hour
-Uncapped performance-based incentive plan paid out monthly


After training, our Agents make on average $20/hr (base pay + incentives) with the potential to earn even more!

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
