WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement
Are you a salesperson that’s motivated, can build trust and establish rapport with a customer easily? Are you a great brand ambassador and able to identify the customer’s needs to a superior product? Then join an exciting and successful team! Our current Reps are making $80,000 - $100,000/ year. Schedule is Monday to Friday - Weekend availability.

• Visit with our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product  that will fit their needs
• Incorporate tools, training and sales methodology to create a connection  with the customers to offer our replacement services
• Utilize industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist  with the customers to offer our replacement services
• Central NC won Sales Leadership of the Year, which is recognized nationally!
• Our Project Consultants on average are closing anywhere from 35-45%
• Leads are provided for you, no cold calling and no door to door selling!
• 4 weeks of paid training

REQUIRED SKILLS
2+ years experience in Sales
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation to and from appointments
A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
• Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM
• Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through
