The primary responsibility of a Renewal By Andersen Project Consultant is to present and sell the company's
high-quality replacement windows and doors to homeowners. The role demands a thorough understanding of
the products, the ability to build a rapport with potential customers, and a commitment to delivering excellent
customer service.

Minimum Qualifications
· College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
· A proven track record of closing sales
· A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
· Self-motivation and results orientation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
· Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
· Ability to address challenges, objections, and concerns in the sales process.
· Ability to use CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant digital platforms.
· Familiarity with visual tools or software that can assist in product presentation.
· Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment

Essential Functions
· Receive pre-set appointments from our Marketing
· Visit our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs.
· Be able to articulate well verbally while showing empathy.
· Will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer
our replacement services.
· Have a commitment to a superior customer experience from start to end.
· Conduct in-home consultations to assess the homeowner’s needs.
· Demonstrate the features and benefits of Renewal By Andersen products.
· Provide homeowners with accurate and detailed product and installation information.
· Address questions and concerns from potential customers.
· Use prescribed selling techniques to convert leads into sales in a 1 call close.
· Handle pricing negotiations and close deals in a timely manner.
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
· Seek referrals from satisfied customers to expand the customer base.
· Stay updated with product changes, new products, and company promotions.
· Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings.
· Complete all necessary paperwork after closing a sale to ensure proper order and installation.
· Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that payment plans, financing options, and other financial matters are handled correctly

virtual communication channels. This may involve understanding client needs, explaining product
options, and providing cost.
· On-Site Consultations: Conducting on-site consultations at clients' homes to assess project
requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
· Travel: Traveling to client locations for consultations and on-site visits. This may involve driving to
various locations within a specified territory.
· Product Knowledge: Staying informed about Renewal by Andersen's product offerings, features, and
benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
· Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, including sales teams, project managers, and
support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer experience.
· Flexible Schedule: Adapting to a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings or weekends
for client appointments as needed.
· Customer Relationship Building: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients,
addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
