Renewal by Andersen has an exciting Warehouse Associate opportunity in our Des Plaines, IL location! This Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials in assisting to fulfill requisitions and orders. The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of manual tasks while under general supervision.
This position will require a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record check.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts, and enter into computer system
Stage materials for pick-up or shipping.
Move materials on and off shelves.
Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts.
Maintain inventory levels record and report specific usage.
Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools.
Help lifting large units as requested, pick up and deliver material when necessary.
Accept variable work schedules and tasks.
Deliver needed materials to job sites
May help with heavy lifting on installation job sites

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of application and use of power tools.
Ability to physically lift up to 75 pounds.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
Basic math skills; legible writing.
Forklift operation certification required.
Valid driver license and motor vehicle record check.
