WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement
Are you a salesperson that’s motivated, can build trust and establish rapport with a customer easily? Are you a great brand ambassador and able to identify the customer’s needs to a superior product? Then join an exciting and successful team in the Greater Hampton Roads Area! Our current Reps are making $125,000 - $250,000/ year. Schedule is Monday to Friday - Weekend availability.

Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners
Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacements products
Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale
Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads
• 8 weeks of paid training

REQUIRED SKILLS
• 2+ years experience in Sales
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
• Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
• Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
• Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations
• Comfortable working on straight commission
