PURPOSE:  The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers.    
Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to sales and service at Renewal by Andersen retail locations Answers phone calls, determines nature of business, and directs individuals to appropriate resource Searches records and files for specific data Post entries in books of account, ledgers or other record keeping logs Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form letters Coordinates mailing, copying and other administrative projects Works under regular supervision, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgment in application Serve as a department project team member and may perform routine special orders/requests Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs Responsible for managing accounts receivable including alternative finance funding. Works closely with customers resolving issues and managing customer surveys

-High School diploma or equivalent  
-Minimum of 1-year customer service experience 
-Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills 
-Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships 
-Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment 
-Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
