Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking for experienced window and door Subcontracting Installation Crews in the Milwaukee, WI area to partner with!

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Subcontractor role means belonging to a great team. You will perform residential construction activities for customer projects of various sizes, leadership responsibilities on the jobsite, customer satisfaction, and an inclusive team environment is the ultimate goal.
- Ensures work sites are set up
· Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
· Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines
· Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers

· Certified Master Installer Training. – Paid training , all installation materials provided and staged at warehouse (All Coil, caulk, trim, foam, screws, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
·A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
·Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with ability to successfully pass a background check
·A proven track record of superior workmanship and strong focus on customer service (Must keep an 85% or higher NPS score)
·Must arrive at the jobsite in RBA Branded clothing – We would provide
·Provide references of your past work.
·Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools
·Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
·Self-motivated and results oriented and time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
·Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate and completion of Lead documentation at the completion of every job
·Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:
·- General Liability - $1Million - Each Occurrence, Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit, Worker's Compensation -- $1 Million Policy Limit
