Job Summary:

Renewal by Andersen of Vermont is hiring a Sales Manager that will provide leadership, structure, and success to a sales force of 10 Design Specialists. Working directly under the General Manager the Sales Manager will develop, track, and maintain regular sales goals and KPI’s. Overseeing the development and performance of the entire sales force, the Sales Manager will be responsible for reporting all sales metrics, sales strategy, team development, and customer relations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage Design Specialists and supporting staff.
· Achieve annual sales and customer satisfaction goals for specific locations.
· Coach and develop a sales team to meet pre-determined goals and benchmarks.
· Cooperates on team basis and learns from individual successes. Including sales ride-along visits with Design Specialists.
· Review all sales contracts.
· Track sales metrics, monitor daily results, and analyze for corrective action.
· Work closely with GM to develop annual sales goals over region.
· Conduct sales meetings that include strategy, quarterly sales plan, and training.
· Conduct one on one meeting with Design Specialists to review sales activity results and establish corrective plans as needed.
· Teach the RbA sales process by modeling the core behaviors.
· Provide communication and clarity around the sales process system.
· Establish an environment where all customers and employees are treated with dignity and respect.
· On-going and up-to-date training.
· Conduct formal performance reviews for sales force at least quarterly or as needed.
· Develop the sales force; build talent pipeline for succession planning.
· Participate, as a team member, with other managers providing best operational results.
· Work with Marketing Manager to maximize market penetration
· Establish and maintain sales budget.
· Participate as a team member with the leadership team to insure alignment to organizational goals and direction.


Qualifications:
· Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
· Minimum 8 years of proven sales management experience with creditable references.
· Highly experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience with reports, contracts, and data entry.
· Proven record with customer service and sales strategy.
· Experience using various measuring tools.
· Outstanding communication skills.
· Strategic planning and business development experience.
· Experience with contract development and review.
· Ability to develop teams and implement training systems.


Location:
Although this position will require extensive travel it will also be mandatory to work from headquarters at times.
