RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -the most recognized window brand in North America.
Expected Pay: $65 - $90k/year (Salary + Bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing candidates and facilitating new-hire training
- Scheduling and executing 1-on-1's, shfits, and any other work related tasks for your team
- Spending time in the field shadowing team members
- Motivate and excite team members while helping them grow
- Ensure that team members perform up to standard
Weekly Expectations:
Certain weeks will require a change in days off. The roll of the team leader has flexible scheduling when department and team performance expectations are being met. Team leaders are able to take one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) off per month. In the case of a weekend off you would then be required to work the full week after. Ideally a team leader would want to have Monday and Tuesday off to be in the field during peak performance opportunity time. As a salary employee you are required to work until the job is complete. As a member of leadership you have the ability to schedule your day as necessary. If you were to work an evening event you can have a few hours in the morning to flex your day as long as you are available for your supervisor, team and fellow team leaders. The position is not a strict 8 hour/day roll.
