Costa Mesa, CA /
Anduril - Internal Operations – Business Operations /
Full-time
/ On-site
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will own the data that informs the operational decision making at Anduril. In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business — from our Tower and Drone teams to our field operations team to our customer success team — to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable analytics solutions. Your work will vary from quick-turn analytical problem solving to process and data improvements and building core dashboards and tables — all in the pursuit of helping grow how Anduril operates and measures itself.

What you’ll do:

    • Become an expert in our field operations and maintenance tracking systems to answer the most important operational questions as we scale the footprint of our products across the globe
    • Co-lead the development of an asset-tracking system to track track deployments
    • Support Deployments and Business Line leads by developing a sparing strategy, analyzing product reliability data, and determining the operational and financial impact of both
    • Partner with our Manufacturing and Quality teams to use data to transform our production operations into a machine that can support our rapid growth across multiple products and lines of business
    • Generate insights into the health of our operations, make recommendations on how to improve as we scale, and work with leads to drive change
    • Lead the development of tooling and processes to make the lives of the Manufacturing teams easier
    • Proactively surface pain points and inefficiencies with cross-functional partners and develop new tools and automated process to solve these issues over time
    • Create an enduring data culture in our operational verticals by empowering partner teams to access, consume, and solve problems with their own data

Qualifications:

    • You have 1+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or business analyst role
    • You aren’t scared of getting technical and have an aptitude to learn SQL
    • You like to build and enjoy iterating on things quickly
    • You have a strong bias for action and like to work with high autonomy
    • You are intellectually tenacious and take pride in your work. Intellectual tenacity means not being satisfied with the status quo. Taking pride in your work means producing something that — if you were the consumer — you’d enthusiastically use.
    • You lean into acknowledging your weaknesses and take the idea of feedback and growth seriously
    • You get energy from being a thought partner for others and it excites you to spend time translating operational problems into data problems, and to then going and executing on them
Anduril is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. If you are someone passionate to work on problems that matter, we’d love to hear from you!
